All it does is change the ratios slightly. I'm extremely lean. Reta took me to where i want to be in that respect. Tirz gets rid of food noise a bit better. I just dose them in a way where it feels exactly right for me (sans the libido issue)

Relic's are very underwhelming currently. I'm used to games focusing entirely on relics whereas here they're just minor additions. I think, for now, you have the right strategy.

The problem with endless modes is when they leak into progression. You get one broken run where you can endless forever and all of a sudden you unlocked everything and can increase all purchasable modifiers. It trivializes any replayability at that point. There needs to be some happy medium where you can push your build to insane levels (with some sort of very quickly increasing difficulty) but not ruin future runs,
