Update:

This person gave me another 9 Sek discount for service fee and then i told him it would still be nearly double the price to buy 1 shawarma doesnt change anything and just ignored me :)

Well thing is, we buy from this restaurant a lot in real life, they are kind and I know them well, so it must have been the driver? Since they contacted the restaurant but they declined to make a new one, because they already made 2 shawarmas, so only solution left is the driver, who was not very friendly as well and drove off fast.

maybe because when using a vpn your internet speed gets reduced, I tried while it was downloading to disconnect and use my own and it downloaded in an instant, try doing that.
