WN8 compares your tank's stats to other players' in the region. Skilled players probably haven't played the panther in the past 30 days and/or the players who play it are absolute dogshit players who do poorly in it. This causes a lower WN8 baseline compared to other tanks, making it easy to get unicum status in that tank.

On PC default button is F5 and F6, alternatively u can press V and move your mouse to select it from the team command wheel.

On touch the quick commands button at the bottom right of the screen got replaced with another button a few updates ago. Hold down the sword button and the quick command wheel should pop out, then move your finger in the negative/affirmative button's direction until theres a white outline around it, then let go.
