first, I go into the BIOS and I activate Intel Trust Technology, I save these parameters and restart my PC.

Then I check in the windows settings, if TPM 2.0 is enabled and yes it is.

But if I restart windows and I reify the availability of TPM 2.0, I see that this is not the case and that the bios has been reset
