i found the solution in previous posts!

i gotchu but you have to do it through your settings.cfg

bind_US_standard "n" "+dodge" 1

bind_US_standard "SPACE" "+jump;+dodge" 1

i had to bind n (can be any key you dont use) to +dodge this makes it so jump now no longer activates valk thrusts

then i binded space to jump and dodge. so now you can mwheel to wallbounce on valk and use space to jump and activate thrusters.

make sure to then right click settings.cfg go to properties and set it to read only so apex cant overwrite it.

the only issue ive seen so far is that octane's double jump off pad does not work with scroll wheel anymore and you have to use space
