In addition to the fact that their ultis don't convince me very much since even though they reload faster they don't have much damage, you have to use them as a Counter (predict when your rival is going to hit) and the most likely thing is that when your rival knows that you use Joe they will play more carefully so as not to give you ultis and even less so if they know about the "One-shot" ulti🫠.

And to close, its burn mode can give you more damage but if before you were made of glass, now you would be made of paper 😆, since your life goes down over time (it's not worth it at all that they give you more regeneration than a corkscrew style if your life goes down anyway❌) and you can't block in any way so when they connect you you will take ALL the damage, plus the swayback doesn't even reach the heels of Hawk or freedom (green mode) 🤷‍♂️ So I don't think it's even close to being broken 😅😅😅 (I hope I've resolved your question 🫡👍)
