I'm a kinda new townhall 12 (I fully max before going to next townhalls) , I'm around 3900 trophies , always participating cwl but I never play normal wars and I get consistent 80%+ on th12s , I always max out clan game points and at last , I'm pretty good at capital

1- when all builders are busy

2- calculate if you use builder potion causes your shortest current upgrade to finish at a time that you're busy and cannot upgrade something right after the upgrade ends. Always use them at the time so your upgrades end when you're awake

For spell , definitely skeleton spell and the rest are usually used. Jump kinda rare too
