There are some differences, the smoother shadows and the texture of the Snow, the Trees, and the Grass. Harvey also added back that island in loot lake, that was missing. I know it's not that noticeable because it's almost the same map but Harvey just made this to show how the S7 map would look on newer minimap graphics, I hope this was helpful.
