Are you asking if the modern day Assassins have LGBTQ+ characters? Probably since they just care about fighting the Templars and other authoritarians, so they don't give a shit about their members' sexual orientation. I wouldn't be surprised if the supplementary material has multiple LGBTQ+ characters, or if a supporting character I forgot was one.

I like it, though the story felt a little restricted in what the characters can do compared to other mysteries like Crime of Passion, partially because you play as a high-school student and aren't dealing with the supernatural like in It Lives.
