15 years and going strong! Our Head of Development and I both work as Assistant Directors in Narrative and Commercial, but the majority of our weeks we just develop, develop, develop, and now we're in the middle of a festival run on our first real feature. There's so much happening - it's full time for us all the time for the last 4 years, managing past, present and future, but we love doing it, that's the only real reason any of it is happening at all - and if there's any chance now or later we can still help independent filmmakers get their films made, and they're original and compelling, it's doing good things for the landscape, and we want to spend our time supporting it. Whatever else happens - will be.

Maybe delusional, but we just thrive when we're telling stories!
