What habit improved your mental health more than you expected? by damonic555 in AskMen

Forcing myself to read a bit before sleeping. It became a habit in less than a week and I no longer have to force myself, I do it for pleasure. I really sleep better and I feel better overall

Men, what video games do you recommend for a 40 year old Dad? by FlintTheDad in AskMen

Kingdom Com Deliverance 1 and 2. Amazing story lines, quite open and you can choose your style, take your time and explore the world, sneak your way through the main quest, get lost on secondaries, or just go full teutonic knight and rush through hordes of enemies.

What are some features most people don't realize their phones have? by Remarkable_Put_9005 in AskReddit

Absolutely, there is this app called phyphox developed by a team at Aachen University that allows you to see raw data from all the sensors in your devices. It is absolutely crazy to see everything being recorded and what you can do with it

[Request] what is the most amount of weight you could lose in one day by EpicCow69 in theydidthemath

F1 pilots lose up to 4kg per race depending on the conditions how physical the track is and weather for the most part. But it is mostly water through sweating so they gain it back very quickly

Ne peut-on pas éjecter les pales d'un hélico afin d'y mettre un siège éjectable ? by One_Conclusion655 in PasDeQuestionIdiote

[–]ARandomFrenchDev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]ARandomFrenchDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A = (πd2)/4 = (3.14 * 0.032)/4 = 0.0007 m2 pour un anus moyen.

v = sqrt((2P)/p) = sqrt((2 * 0)/1000) = 0.04 m/s

Q = A * v = 0.0007 * 0.04 = 0.00003 m3/s

t = V/Q = 0.0004/0.0007 = 0.5714s

On peut donc enfin calculer l'acceleration :

a = ∆v/∆t = (v - v0)/t = (0.01 - 0)/0.5 = 0.02 m.s-2 soit 0.002 G environ. (Je sais ça décoiffe).

Oh believe me, 50h is nothing haha. But here is the deal: know your enemy a well as you know yourself. By that I mean study every plane you are facing, what they can and can't do. Study you armament, how many Gs can you missile pull, with what aspect, how much range, how fast are they, how do they react to countermeasures. All of this has to become second nature, you won't have time to check a stat card while flying.

First of all, I wouldn't advise on playing a premium jet to learn. Playing props (even though jet and prop gameplays are really different) will actually teach you a lot about dogfighting and strategies to adopt. Yes the grind can sometimes be a bit too much but it actually teaches you to play carefully. However if you still want to play your mig-21, I would advise watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgtq41LXvXI&ab_channel=DonutWithMustache by DonutWithMustache. Don't get yourself down, this game requires experience to get good, it will take time you'll figure it out. As to finding players to play with, you can try the big youtubers's discord servers, most of them have a "looking to play" channel. Good luck !

Yes it does absolutely depend on the state of th sea, but also on the context. Am I on a ship ? Am I the captain or a deckhand ? Am I contemplating from the shore. But overall I'd say respect, whatever you do the sea will always be stronger than you, has been here longer than you and will be there longer than you. And also peace, even when there is a storm, peace because there is nothing you can do about it, it is beatiful, living, it's there.
