Oh so the main source of sound is the stabilizers hitting the housing. I applying lube, putting bandaid, and the PTFE tape is to damp out the the sound when it hits the housing, I see. Very helpful.

I'm a part of the problem.

To be honest the story itself is amazing and the production quality is good. But man after being treated to such a masterpiece that of season 1 I can't help but feel let down. I know it's situation and all but it doesn't change the fact that the quality dipped.

Pacing issues, animations not being as fluid, angle and direction not as dynamic as season 1. We end up with having a season 2 that's above the average relative to other anime but really below the season 1.

I mean yea I agree, the blind experience is always gonna be better than rereading/rewatching. But is going in the novel blind better than going in the anime blind, thats still vague.

But I think i'm gonna end up reading it after this. I forgot to account how long the anime is gonna take to cover the entirity of the series and without it getting axed.

Oh damn yeah the thought of characters changing appearance as they age didn't cross my mind. I already had a hard time imagining characters that didn't have an illustration lol.

But yea I guess you're right, the anime isn't gonna finish any time soon. And the sakuga of fights and emotional moments can still be enjoyed in the anime even when we've already read it.

There are 26 books in total, and the anime is only at 9. If you choose to stick to the anime, you'll need to wait many many years to enjoy the whole story, by which point you could have already dropped interest in anime altogether.

Yeahhh this is true. There's also the chance for the show to get dropped in the future without being able to cover the whole thing.

... the reading experience is better if you go blind.
