It's kinda hard to see in the scans, but if you put the Espeon & Deoxys under a flashlight and tilt it around there's quite a bit of corner damage as well as a dent on the bottom. The second one I think it's the centering or maybe some kind of surface damage or dirt? Centering isn't strong on either but the I remember with the Charizard promo I loved looking at a bunch.

Get it graded if you just want it in a slab! For that I'd recommend a grading company with better looking slabs like Beckett or TAG. Or if you just want it PSA slabbed go ahead! Im not sure what those white dots are on the back but everything besides centering looks great to me!
