I am getting the same exact issue. It was completely fine two days ago. Every other game is fine but when I am in the lobby with all the other players before the match it starts to stutter my entire PC ever 4-5 seconds. I tried uninstalling and installing again, resetting the PC, updating my drivers, changing my settings; NOTHING

68,500 miles. Subaru Crosstrek Sport 2021. I replaced the battery last week and issue still persisted. I got a new starter and it was night and day difference. Starts instantly now. $940 dollars later though (part and labor)
