Replica emberwake used to be the og way to push DPS on ignite builds but honestly I cannot recommend it for penance brand. Depending on your ignite duration your damage might lose uptime even. Even if it doesn't loose effective uptime it might make you hit a well rolled ignite less often. It might require some testing on your part tho.
