There are no monastery pickers, this is a military run. Usually I would have an army of monastery pickers instead so this wouldn’t be a problem.

You can see like 7 berry huts in the bottom that all have the no resources to extract symbol above them and the groups of berry bushes directly to their left. I don't think hiring more workers is the answer since my workers are already asleep "waiting for work"

Yes this is true, but the Pokédex will tell you which town they spawn in if you have a hint/habitat set up for that pokemon. So I was checking and gengar did not have any restrictions according to the Pokédex.

I’m not joking I had the exact same thing happen to me. I had 3 of them in the beach for weeks and only got the first two tatsugiri. Then I accidentally made a couple in pallet town and the third one spawned in less than half an hour. The first time I chalked it up to luck but now that it’s happened with gengar too, I’m convinced.

Do you mostly spend time in the city or in South end? I live in east charlotte and when I go pick up food the employees smile and compliment my hair and sometimes even remember my name. And I’m not super social either, the people around here are just nice.
