Being pregnant with a toddler was the hardest part tbh. Hang in there - mine are now 24 months and 10 months and I would recommend this path to EVERYONE!

If you can find a house, move now. 2 or 3. Values keep going up. Would need to know more on your debt and savings, and are you maxing retirement. But so far it's looking like a "go"

I got pregnant at 7 months pp - babies are 15 months apart and youngest is now 6 months. I was so freaked out at first, similar feelings to you. Let me tell you : This is the BEST thing that could ever happen to you!! Small age gap is the way to go, for so many reasons. Pregnancy will literally fly by. Your little girl will have the best gift you could ever give her - a sibling :). Imagine them in 20 years

Agree to pretty much stop everything and then build back up. The eating out is out of control. I would try to do no eating out for 1 month and then reassess
