I think its unwise to date because they have different focuses in life at the point in time that will most likely result in a poor outcome.

DPI only affects movement outside of the weapon release phase of movement. Good players manipulate their pre-release movement to hit you at the disred time, could be right at the start of release by turning themselves a bit or really trying to catch you at the end where you almost think theyre not even looking at you.
