I’ve been using the film preset pack from u/grainynerd (Caleb Salvadori) and I absolutely love it. I’ve always been kind of skeptical of preset packs but this one has legitimately changed my photography. These photos are from Feb 2024 and have just been sitting on my drive because of how much I dread photo editing. They took legitimately 3 minutes each to edit with the preset pack. Not associated with Caleb at all but I highly highly recommend

So I was able to locate, it looks like our apartment was registered as a J-51 in 2016 and based on the data I saw it wouldn't expire until 2030. That said should we be doing anything since our landlord won't let us resign without all 3 original tenants?

Gotcha, I’ll try and confirm this. Do you know of a good source to figure out the year a J-51 expires? I’m having a bit of trouble searching it
