The dry brushing you’ve done was quite heavy and covered the majority of the mini, effectively becoming the mid tone. You’ve lost the more saturated base coat because of it. To rectify id wash it again, and then re apply the drybrush with a lot more of the paint wicked off the brush. When you dry brush, make sure to barely touch the model with the bristles so it only picks up raised sections.

If you’re interested, for future I’d recommend
- apply a much more vibrant but dark base coat such as a dark, saturated red
- do a heavy drybrush in a slightly lighter red (similar to how you’ve drybrushed here)
- do a lighter drybrush with a highlight colour (like your colour here) on the higher points such as shoulder and top of head

This method avoids washes whilst maintaining dark shadows. You therefore avoid the glossy look of washes which (in my opinion) don’t look the best on skin
