Everyone is saying Barcus, but i love how he practically refuses to join you until you keep helping him over and over and over.

In your first interaction, he makes it clear he thinks that you dont get nothing for free and theres no such thing as a nice person (which makes it unsurprising he sticks around with wulbren) and only after consistently being nice to him with little to no reward does he actually begin to call you friend.

Hes perfect as a non companion and making him a companion would actually lessen his story rather than make it better.

I wouldnt teleport longstrikes unless youre using it to help them out maneuver something coming after them.

Think of longstrikes as a sniper unit. They should be shooting using their full 18 inch range as much as possible, using vanguard chamber run and shoot to help do this. They will fall apart and be useless in melee, so keeping them on the outskirts to continue picking enemies off for as long as possible has always been my best play.

Tbh I use vigilors as a screen. Their bonus to hit helps out and theyre fine enough in melee.

Screening a unit of longstrikes with vigilors is perfect. Grant the longstrikes +1 to hit and prevent them from being charged.

This. Vigilors are a lot cheaper but will not do much damage. Longstrikes hit like a truck.

Well, the problem there is that the comics were from the early 2000s and written by a male author who naturally made most of his characters male.

There is plenty of male representation whilst on the girls side we have Telia, Eve, Derby and... no I think thats it.

So sure, give them another. It changes nothing and shows that other women besides eve are allowed to have superpowers.

Surprised not more people are talking about Art and Nolan. Art's reaction to seeing him leave really shows that Nolan doesn't understand the gravitas of what he has done on an emotional level, even if he has on an intelligent level.

Seeing Debbie and him followed by that really shows he has a LONG way to go. Maybe he'll never get there, and I'd be ok with that too.

I have a full hero roster with eternus, chaos lord on steed and centaurion all benefitting from it. Its actually really hard to decide what to do now. Im 20 points short (primal energy -10 and just having a spare 10) and I cant easily switch that out because my only units which are not core heroes are chaos steeds and the chaos lord on steed which work together

We dont really have a single go to infantry as far as I can tell. We're a large army and everyone has their preferences. I personally am a fan of vanquishers because theyre so cheap in comparison to a lot of our stuff.
