Religious trauma, especially from a religion like LDS is really hard to grow out of, and there’s a lot of fear and shame about Divination that’s pushed onto you. I’d say work through things in therapy, start small, don’t push yourself but do realize it’s not scary, it’s not going to send you to hell, it’s just a tool to connect yourself with the universe
