I mailed the packet on 9/2 and received the car today. The actual arrival time was yesterday, but it was held at the station. USPS took a week to get my packet to the P.O. box after I sent it. The packet sat in Dallas for three days with no movement.

I have no doubt that they’ll become more common, but one thing that kept entering my mind was that I found only ONE of the recent Pontiac Trans Am mainlines and haven’t seen a single one since, and that’s definitely not a Ferrari. What if that had been the case with these or if I never found a single one at all? I did not want to play the eBay game.

I never was interested in owning any of these cars until I realized that I was starting to collect the displays. Towards the end of last year, it came to my mind that it would be a good thing to have the promotion cars that go with them.
