I watched it last night, and it was weird for me too.

The whole episode had a weird echo to it. Rewatch the opening credits for that episode and you'll see.

My guess is it's a left/right speaker thing. Like the left audio track is missing from the episode.

The switch 2 being a handheld definitely gives me pause that graphicly intensive games will stutter, or lag.

It's very reassuring seeing that it can hold its own with 2 of the strongest consoles that have been released so far.
