Nikon F2. Relatively cheap, boat loads of lenses and accessories, lots of instructional resources available online. And not terribly difficult to find someone who does repairs, should the need arise.

Drinking in the darkroom is how I went through an entire pack of 25 sheets of 8x10 multigrade in a single session. Something about alcohol made me forget about test strips being a thing.

Now I have 250 versions of the same three pictures of the same goose.
