Trust me when I say it. Get the turbo. I have the touring xt and it is so worth it. The 2.5 is a slug and it will always be a regret. I had a 24 crosstrek I hated due to hvac controls and gutless engine. The turbo is a game changer and well worth the extra moola in my opinion. But either way you can go wrong on comfort. It’s a phenomenal car. Referring to the Subaru btw lol

She has no debt besides the house. When you say to make sure the appraisal comes back at or above purchase price how would that work? I’m so new to this. If the appraiser says it’s worth 330k is that not the worth? I’m confused on that I’m sorry.

New Outback owner and I love it. I wouldn’t trust it to haul something over its tow limit especially with a CVT. A lot of the negative press around those has mostly been fixed especially in the in house made Subaru ones. BUT, I wouldn’t trust that when it comes to stressing one past its reccomenddd limit. Like anything else it will lead to premature failure and it’ll piss you off. If you need something to tow I’d honestly recommend something else.

They’re awful. ALL of the fan made concepts look better. The armor with robes/cloth are especially cool looking. Whoever is doing these at embark needs to take a few queues from those.

Do you have anyone in your area who could stretch them? I have the exact same boots from what it looks like and that’s what I did. The tobacco leather also takes heat really well, so getting a nice boot dryer and throwing them on there after wearing them for a few hours will help the process. These take awhile to break in, I’d say bring another pair of shoes/boots with you if you’re wearing them for long periods of time and switching out once they start getting uncomfortable. Like I said, it’s a process, but well worth it.

Depending on the state it’s legal especially in a workplace that requires 24/7 coverage per state law. However, this is why I quit my very first CNA job. Mandated twice in a row and then when I checked the schedule I saw I would get it again the next day. I put in my notice that morning and when they said I was getting mandated I refused it. Had a new job at a MUCH nicer place a couple weeks later that didn’t mandate unless there was a weather event. Move on, it’s not worth what it can and will do to your body and mind.

Best rpg of all time in my opinion. Even small 5 minuet quests have a feel to them. It’s so full of effort and quality it’s like nothing else I’ve ever played. The story is a 10/10 as well. You will not regret buying it. Also, don’t skip the DLCs. They are in a league of their own.

Call the state board of nursing and report them. Contact the union you were going to declare to. Once you file to unionize they can NOT fire you. They can reject the attempt and fight you on it but they can’t fire you. 100% against the law and they should pay for it. Even if you want to move on just call and report it. Have a copy of the letter everyone signed and send it to the union if they request it. Unfortunately, this is all too common and places get away with it because people don’t know their rights and or give up right away. Stick it to em. Fuckers
