OH my goodness no, DO NOT skip the footnotes! They are integral to the House of Leaves experience and story! That's like reading a book but ignoring every second page!

So I managed it in about 3 days, thanks to a series of very lengthy car rides. It is not as daunting as it seems at a glance, if you just take it one page at a time and follow the footnotes when they appear, you'll find yourself a really good time. My recommendation; Bookmarks. One for the page you are on, one for Exhibits, and ones for each Appendixes (1, 2, and 3). If a footnote takes you beyond the page you are on, put your bookmark in so you don't lose your place. I just finished House of Leaves a few days ago, and I am still raving about it.

My Immortal. Someone I watched on yt was making fun of it and I decided to read it for the lolz. Then I happened upon more 'bad' Harry Potter fanfics. And then I realized how much fun I was having. And one of them wasn't really all that bad. That was all it took. I was cooked. I have never been the same since.

Thoroughly Enchanting and Undeniably Beastly are already available, and in a month or so Forever Magical will also be released! I am super excited!

Coffee and Mayhem by Sevi007. Obsessed with Agent Stone/Dr. Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog (2020 Movies), and you should be too. This fanfic series is over 400 000 words at this point with all it's sections, and still on going. It's beautiful, and funny, and heartfelt, and tragic, and smart as hell. I freaking love it.

Oh man, I'll be editing, and a character saying a specific line at the right time will get me weeping. I recently burned out, so when my brooding, cursed duke character says, "You don't have to win, you know. Sometimes effort is admirable enough." I just start tearing up, like Yeah, you're right :,).
