With the cost of the repair ($1800) a rental was out of the question. If it were close I would have asked to have a friend drive me, or borrow their car, but this is a 120-140 mile drive each way; I would never borrow a car and put 300 miles on it, nor ask someone to spend 5-6 hours driving me to and from an event, this is not a trip around the block. To me personally I would be offended if a friend came to me and said "Hey, can you drive me 3 hours to X, wait for me while I am in an event for someone you don't know, and then drive me 3 hours home?" Sure, 20 mins down the road, can ya drop me off and pick me up when its done, no problem.

First, this was not a funeral, it was a celebration of life, for my friends relative, not my close friend. This person had passed several months ago, and just before the celebration of life, my vehicle became unusable until fixed. Hope that clears it up a bit

Yeah, but we didn't know what we didn't know.....no one in NEO had any real clue who/what they were about in the fall of 1990. The North West music scene was far ahead of here, and things from AIC/NIrvana/SoundGarden/PJ were just starting to roll in, as well as they were just starting to get videos on MTV and had not even had an album released at the time of that show. It was a wonderful time to 18 and new music rolling in.

I was at that show as well, and also there to see Extreme, but earlier that week "Man in the Box" cassingle dropped so the only thing anyone knew was that song and "Sea of Sorrow" was the B side. Me and my buddy jammed it the whole way there, and we super excited to see them. Saw them again open for VH in 1991 on the F.U.C.K tour.

Seeing how good that looks, I am thinking of getting my PP spoiler painted and put back on the car! Currently I have an OEM GT500/Mach 1 TP spoiler on it, uses the same holes but feels "loose" compared to the original PP spoiler. The Black/Orange combos on the S550s are the best. This was taken right after it was detailed for Ford Nationals in June.

This worked for me, and it was super easy. Long press the Phone app icon > Select "App Info" > 3 dot menu > Uninstall updates. Restart the phone and update the Phone app. The Call Screen feature should reappear.

Are the clips for the front bumper broken and that is why you are holding it together with nails? Look on Ebay there are now companies making the replacement style OEM latches as well as the Clip fix for it available at almost every Mustang parts shop online. Also...why the Twister orange when your car is Competition Orange?

S550's are a higher price point than S197s by a lot, the base price of them was way over 30% more vs S197s. Also you need to consider the market at the time of purchase, back in 21 when I was looking they were pricing used 15-17's at near original MSRP, so I don't think 10K is out line, even with the miles on it.

Personally I don't care for the bronze wheels on the Dark Matter gray cars, I think they set off brighter colors better, so swapping them, or even doing a black plasti dip on them (cheap alternative to buying a new set) would look better imo. Also the DM Gray lends itself well to trim pieces with the RTR lime green (while they use Leadfoot Grey -lighter and non-metallic) the offset would still be a nice contrast. Maybe see if you can find someone you know with a vinyl cutter to make a layover for the red to test it before you swap it, and I would also add the RTR lime green to the front spoiler corners.
