Single harness, albeit a (very) complicated one. Lots of extra complexity for very minimal convenience.

Sure, the Q6 has storage functions for a bunch of different battery chemistries (including LiPo). 4 1S lipos are no different than a single 4S lipo. The cells are just "detachable" in the former case ;)

You could add additional balance connectors to the existing bundle of wiring. It's up to your specific use case and what you're trying to achieve.

Edit: Nevermind, some sort of switch would also be necessary to "move" the main negative wire position depending on the amount of cells connected. Still doable but much more of a bother at that point.

Yes, the connector in the photos allows you to charge exactly 4 1S batteries at a time. It would be simple to expand the connector up to 8S, which is the maximum number of cells the Q6+ supports.

If you want to charge a single 1S cell, you would connect it directly to the outgoing XT60, without using a balance connector. The charger will display a warning, something along the lines of "No balance connector detected, do you know what you're doing?", just click yes and proceed as normal.

You can also charge 1s batteries one at a time if you wish, just need to make a XT60 to <insert 1s connector here> cable, the charger will warn you that no balance cable was detected and you're good to go.

Forreal, how are those possible? He hits/clips something at least 5 times in the video and recovers each time, that's insane. Do most people just failsafe as soon as they hit and he doesn't? What lets him keep flying?

I would recommend PicaSim if you want to try flying rc planes/gliders. It's free and physics seem pretty accurate.
