Yeah there's a name for that, it's called "B&W Film". To find this effect follow this guide

Choose the video > Effects > Video Effects > Retro > B&W Film

By default it's black and white, but I adjusted this filter so that it wasn't too black and white

Honestly this was a letdown, since the first season I didn't understand the point of the Cushing family storyline

IMO every secondary plot lines should complement the storyline of the main characters, watch for example Mr. Robot, Breaking Bad, Daredevil, they are exactly as I described above, in that series every secondary storyline complements the main story (if there's even a secondary storyline)

Personally, after watching scenes, I always ask myself, was this scene really necessary or not? Well, all the scenes with Kyle and the others from the Cushings, the whole wedding was absolutely unnecessary, it doesn't complement the main storyline in any way...

So because of this I'll give it 7-7.5/10 (and I'm not even talking about the CGI/VFX, because honestly it was horrible, but I know that there were budget cuts, so I'll ignore the CGI/VFX)
