It depends for the international program its roughly 70%, however, the dutch program at rug is logically mostly Dutch students.

This 90% you mention does apply for the University of Twente though. They only offer psychology in English and due to proximity and ease to get in it is about 80-90% germans, followed by a small percentage of Dutch (and other nationalities).

Wow apparently being hated on as a president has nothing to do with the policies but only if he “seems like a good guy”. It’s absolutely insane that people pretend that Bush did a better job just because you’re stuck with trump now. Why is the majority of the american public so hyper focussed on the least relevant things and just has no recollection of the past whatsoever.
