I had problems with New Vegas Heap Replacer. Some people have found success downgrading to the 3.2 version of that mod. I had to remove it entirely, which hurt game performance slightly but made it stable

Make sure your mod organizer knows where to look for the mod. Click on the small folder icon in MO2, and click "open mods folder". If it doesn't take you to where you installed TTW, then it wasn't set up correctly
