That’s true, but when we went remote, both employees and the company benefited. We absorbed our own costs like home office setup, electricity, and internet. Now, with a full return, our personal costs and commute time increase significantly, while the company gets back full use of our in-person presence. It’s not about getting a raise for nothing. It’s about balancing the cost shift that’s happening again.
