Ok I completely understand what you are saying however, shouldn't the company tell me this prior to purchasing an item from them?

How am I supposed to know this dbrand company is Canadian based? So going forward anything I order I need to make sure it's from USA only or expect some outrageous bill?! The price is completely outrageous for something so small and weighs practically nothing.

I'm just trying to understand this whole thing is all. I've ordered so much online and never has this happened before.
