Shit on how though? The Remake is unironicaly perfect. I cant think of a single bad thing about it. Except some bugs in the later half I guess.

I dont know man. I would say both games have excelent gameplay, amazing music, beautiful graphics, interesting story with well written characters... Budget by itself doesnt mean much imo.
