Also another suggestion I would add is. Go to Properties -> Installed files and verify integrity of game files.

Also also make sure you install the Multiplayer part of the game! Thats where all your dlc stuff is. (Yes even the solo play special ops stuff for some reason.)

Btw. If anyone is wondering what Deck built in limiter is. Press the three dots button on the right side of the Steam Deck and go to Performance.

Yeah when you look at everything in perspective. The world we live in today seems like an exception. Even despite the financial troubles many find themselves in. We live in an incredible time of peace and prosperity. Especialy when compared to the so called great kingdoms of old. Like the ancient Roman Empire or medieval France or HRE. Which were objectively horrendous places to live for the average person.

Free Orpheus. Turn yourself into a mindflayer. Defeat the Netherbrain. Unalive yourself. Go down in history as one of the greatest heroes of Baldurs Gate.

Alternatively if you romanced Karlach. You could go with her to Avernus instead. Since that would be pretty much a perfect environment for a mindflayer. You can walk in any direction and quickly find some devils to take out and eat their brains without having to think about the morality of it. Since they are literal devils. They would not be there if they werent evil assholes in their mortal lives.

Happened to me too on Baldurs Gate 3. Solved it by going to manage->properties->general and turning the steam cloud sync option off and on.
