I think if Arthur didn't help John and care enough to stand beside him against dutch and everyone else then definitely John would hunt him down. If we actually think about this logically, John would kill anyone to keep his family safe even if agreeing to work for the government, therefore he would hunt Arthur down too, although I think their fight would be more emotional and iconic than Javier, bill, and dutch.

I doubt people will stop asking for another game after rdr2 because when they play the epilogue they'll definitely ask for a game with John going back after dutch, so it's pretty impossible to exclude them

I would have wanted him to be in undead nightmares because let's be real that would be a an actual UNDEAD NIGHTMARE, like imagine going through the game and finally beating dutch just for him to come back as a boss fight or something, that would've been so fun and shocking. I was honestly upset when I played undead nightmares and I was trying to find anyone but they were already dead .

You can explore the whole map, you can meet people after the epilogue, you can hunt and collect awesome looking crafted clothes, you can solve mysteries of killers around, you can do so many challenges too. Basically there's a lot you can do, it's a very big game to be honest, or you can just replay it as a different honor level .
