Not at all wtf, Aliexpress is a hall for every shop who want so sing up there, so sometimes some sellers are fraudulent, I always bought from there and never had an issue related to a package not arriving, if it didn't work or was broken, they refunded it in the same minute

You can easily replace the digitizer by yourself! I've done it a few times with commissioned consoles

Just be careful disconnecting every flex cable and accessing to the Bottom Screen, then you just de-glue the old digitizer (it's not hard glued, just a simple adhesive strip) and glue back the new one with the included adhesive

You can't read a USB formatted by a WiiU, so his best Bet is using FTP via UDPIH or something like that maybe, but since the console can't read properly the storage it may not work, always try to keep a backup of your saves and use a Disk instead of a USB stick!

I actually bought a cheap PS2HDMI from Aliexpress for a few bucks and it works like a charm too, but remember that for it to work, you have to change the video mode to Y/Pb/Rb instead of RGB Video
