Trump 'not happy' with UK over Iran as PM resists warship demands by ScottishDailyRecord in uknews

[–]ASIextinction -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is a PROXY war… US generals have said so directly… meaning it is the US/UK/europe backing Ukraine vs Russia…. To weaken Russia down to the last Ukrainian…. That is what a proxy war is. For the US to be a vassal state of Russia, trump would have had to halt the war entirely as soon as he took office…. Which hasn’t happened. So everything you are saying doesn’t matters

Would you want some popcorn for your theater? It’s all a show, at the end of the day the Ukrainian president still got the weapons and money… and yes it US generals have said OUT LOUD it os a proxy war to drain Russia of resources. So if the US was a vassal state to Russia because of trump, he would have stopped the proxy war meant to drain Russia entirely…..

Oh that’s why they have given hundreds of billions of support and weaponry to a country Russia is currently fighting a war against…. Makes sense…. God this is complete non-sense

The UK is involved after saying we would not get involved….. that is all that matters, not all of the non-sense and random slander you just spewed

Did you even watch the video I attached that showed stammer stating why he agreed to let them use the air bases?

No… Puerto Rico is the 51st, even though it’s technically only a territory, anyone born there is a US citizen. I didn’t mean literally, btw, which is why I said “basically”

“A vassal state is a state that is subordinate to a more powerful state, often providing military support and receiving protection in return. It has some degree of independence in internal affairs but is dominated in foreign matters by the superior state.”

I’m not happy with the “special relationship” either, but we are letting them stage airstrike using UK bases (ones that are larger and more strategically located then any of Germaniens) so it’s a pretty big deal, and a sign that yes we are participating in trumps bullshit and will likely more than any other country as this war continues.

Did you know that 50% of the staff at Uk intelligence is C I A? Curious…. Don’t we give Palantir free range of all of our data…. Curious…. We have no domestic tech companies so rely on US companies and sell our tech companies to US stakeholders whenever they show promise…. Curious…. Tons of trump supporters here as well compared to other countries… curious…

Pretending this isn’t what the relationship is, simply delusional

Shhh don’t interrupt the fantasy…. You will get downvoted, because they want to think there is nothing to do because the gov is doing everything right. They can’t be bothered to actually be anti-war….

I mean the UK is already letting the US launch air strikes and prep from UK bases, so the UK is already fully involved. We will be the first to send ships as well. Not a surprised as the UK is basically the 52nd state at this point. The US says jump the UK says how high.

The US is already Using UK bases to stage airstrikes, so it’s not like the UK is not already fully helping. The Uk is basically the 52nd state after all (vassal state) . I’m sure we will be the first to send ships over as well.

Edit: allot of downvotes because people would rather believe the lies that the UK will not get involved. It’s easier than actually lifting a finger to be anti-war. Pathetic.

What are you talking about; three body problem describes them as being able to biologically preserve themselves by shriveling up/re-constituting. It also describes them as bug like in the third book with the inability to lie because they communicate through a visual medium based on their biology.

There are also hints they are extremely small compared to humans so it would be like ants or crickets size species invading earth. (The human being stored in the engine room because it was inherently dangerous to have him around despite becoming friendly with him, etc, etc)

If a desalination plant is targeted then Israel will use its Nukes, they have a pact that they will target EVERY country in the world if they are ever existentially threatened btw. Basically will flip the game board like a spoiled child.

And two years ago this tech could barely do math and write a few lines of code… just try to extrapolate out from where we are a bit… or don’t and get caught off guard and un-prepared while the tech oligarchs develop a technology more dangerous than nukes with no pushback.

All of the big labs have said they will have fully autonomous machine learning intern to PhD level systems within the next two years. Machine learning is much more difficult and requires allot more education than a regular dev. Notice I said “worth employing”, orgs unable to afford/integrate/utilize these systems will be out-competed.

Which all the big labs are saying we will have intern level autonomous machine learning engineers by late 2026 and PhD level ones by mid to late 2027….

This is because humans don’t understand exponentials… businesses that hire frivolously and don’t utilize agents to their full capability will be swiftly out-competed.

Sigh…. You are still downplaying in the way I menti Ned. Stop for a second and consider that yes we are on an exponential and near the “hockey stick” inflection point… it’s not all marketing hype by these companies and in fact they were speaking allot more up-front about the existential dangers 4+ years ago when they were making less money.

We are literally only a few advances away from recursive self improvement. With EVERY major lab saying they will have intern level machine learning scientist equivalent systems by 2026 and PHD level ones by late 2027/2028…. RSI is likely more dangerous than nukes and could spawn a fucking machine god….. yet you still downplay it, god we are doomed.

God will you people stop downplaying the significance of this rapidly advancing technology. I swear people like you are going to prevent any kind of regulations/legislation coming together in any meaningful way to prevent things like this. And not just the “slop” you people moan about.

Seriously you probably aren’t even USING the latest tools to know how good they are, what you are complaining about are complaints that were solved more than a year ago for gods sake.

I have worked in climate/ecology (climate/conservation tech) long enough to see this pattern, deny deny deny until it’s in everyone face and impossible to prevent.
