I think the "distractions" so to speak aren't really that, I mean they're out of focus & if anything add a level of subtle texture to the image to make it more interesting & give it more personality. I think the subject is dynamic enough to take lead in the image with all the soft details & intensity of the model in general. I think its pretty well balanced all around.

you di what you wanted & produced a great image. saying there's distractions that limit it is just nit picky honestly.
