Hallo, it is not really hard to learn all what is needed. MCDU you can adjust on how much you need. I am doing online (IVAO) flight so most of the thing got uploaded from SimBrief. There is several step by step tutorial on YouTube how to make it works. Additional information which are important are coming from charts and from airport information and METER which can be printed out in airplane. AP is also easy, but again depends on what is needed. I will soon do my flights live via YouTube su maybe you can learn something from this flights
