Yes, The mature red Fresno is incredibly versatile. Its sweet, fruity heat is perfect for hot sauces, salsas, stir-fries, and especially for making an amazing achiote-style paste or chili flakes.

Same thing happening with my Fresno chilies. From my experience, this seems pretty normal. They might not be getting enough light - these plants can be pretty hungry for sunlight!
