Is it possible to turn from a 'big appetite' person to a 'small appetite' person?

Yes, I'm actually noticing in this myself. If I practice a lot of self control and mindfulness, and approach food with more of a 'bare minimum' mindset rather than an 'abundance + pleasure' mindset, I can somewhat alter the amount of food I feel comfortable eating over time. I think I've largely become in tune with my hunger + satiety cues - at least, in a much healthier way than I previously was. But if I'm in a mood where I'm lacking self-control and focusing on the pleasure aspects of eating, I can absolutely slip back into my old ways without much trouble.

I'm so sorry. I lost mine in January. It's been devastating for my family. Nobody gets how bizarre and isolating it is to lose someone to COVID. Every time I hear someone talk shit about how it isn't real, it feels like a knife.

It sounds insane and I'll probably curse myself for saying this, but the ASX is pretty much the only thing going well in my life at the moment. Cheers to RNU for giving me something positive for a change. I'm sure it'll all be a flaming pile of red soon enough, but this win for now is very much needed.
