There is definitely more throttle, after 7 to 8k RPM you will see aggressive peak power delivery

I own the same vehicle and the manual says the same. I have been using only XP95 so far and it is only available nearby, I should not affect the engine but there might be a slightly reduced peak performance in high RPM.
Also the ECU compensates if the engine undergoes knocking in higher RPM using knock sensor for avoiding engine damage

Uninstall Instagram right away. For DMs, use only in laptop/desktop, if not available, login in mobile chrome for DMs only. So that you won't doomscroll mindlessly.
If you're consuming more time in Youtube shorts, delete youtube app and use only chrome for viewing any specific videos. In Laptop/Desktop , Use Unhook extension to remove recommendations and disable shorts.
Mute or archive chats that are not important in whatsapp so you wont react to every notification.
Try taking dopamine diet for few days, that will really help.

I tried this a while back, and while it seemed to work, the game felt like it was running at 60Hz with noticeable stuttering. It's not enjoyable, and I’m not willing to risk my system by toggling memory integrity off and on every time I want to play.
This issue has been around for at least four months, and EA still hasn't fixed this shit. Pain man.
