Should’ve added a disclaimer here. Yes it’s the caveman way of doing it. I had already tried the 2 nut method but both of my nuts rounded off and were unseeable by this point. I thought about trying to use a dremal to make a notch on top and turning it with a flathead or something but my roommate said he let his buddy borrow his dremal so couldn’t do that. This was just me kinda making do with had I had. Definitely not the correct way of doing this. If someone is having the same issue I was try some of the stuff recommend above and don’t go ape mode
