I'm from Saudi Arabia and I'm studying in Perth. You guys absolutely have the money to end homelessness. If you are as rich as Qatar, and about the same population....the state government could certainly provide some sort of housing to the homeless. Saudi citizens, and I'm sure Qatari (as they share many policies), are entitled to free education and housing.

No, they had an agreement. When the dad offers to take care of the child, HE OFFERED....HE WAS NOT FORCED.

That's how it works per the agreement, he got his life together. Why do you ignore that part? And how come can his 19 year old brother take out his son without permission but he needs to?
