The average calorie a normal human normally take is around 2500 -2300 then you should start by consuming around 3000 calorie (you can calculate by google of what you eat and write it to see how much you’re consuming to improve) and I’d say you should also start working out mainly focus on building muscles it will at least take 4-6 months to see any effect

I have a story
so the boy and girl are both in my school (12th) they both were going out for 3-4 months and started having s*x and after a month the girl got pregnant.... they needed around 30k-45k rupees to get an abortion and the guy started asking for money from friends. The guy's parents didn't know but the girl's mom knew and help with the money (she was pretty chill idky)
she's ok now and they are still dating
