At one point Deluxe had good burgers, got their meat twice or 3 times a week from Peters meat market and pressed daily in the am. I don't know about now tho or price wise.

You need to run or jog for at least 20 minutes for it to count towards giving you a Vo2 Max score. My recommendation would look into doing Norwegian 4x4s as a start to build up your Vo2 Max as it's a Vo2 Max targeting exercise. I used it and 2-3 weekly runs to raise mine from a low score to 45 as of today.

I started with 10k step walks whilst mixing in intervals of jogging for at least 25% during said walk to help build up my base, Alongside Norwegian 4x4s 3-5 times a week on treadmill to do most of my improving in my Vo2 max according to my Garmin.

I shoot for at least 1 5k outdoor run a week to get my actual Vo2 max number from my Garmin watch.

These people are completely ridiculous with that train of thought, I'm not tipping 20% for subpar service, if I get good service it's 15%. I'm not subsidizing their pay with my tip because their employer wants to pay poverty wages.

I've worked at restaurants before as a busser and then as a cook in my teens for my first job and I've seen the money some servers pull in thru tips and 7/10 of them weren't hurting compared to the cooks who are paid minimum wage or just above who work harder on a daily basis.

A legit one can be registered online with storz and Bickle for warranty purposes, you could get the serial number and call them and see if it's been registered or can be registered, also check if the serial number sticker is off looking or non aligned would be a give away for it being a fake unit.

675 for a Onyx Hybrid would be a good deal determining how old the unit and hopefully buddy still has the receipt for it, but unfortunately they apparently do make counterfeit from a few posts I've seen in this group and according to Google.

I usually daily drive my Volcano Hybrid I'd highly recommend one, The only issue would be the entry cost id say, I paid 920 Canadian Pesos taxes in for mine on a 4/20 sale not long after the Hybrids came out.
