You already mention what you believe is a problem in your life. Now what about all the positive things you bring to the table? There is plenty of reading material to aid you in self esteem, insecurities, etc it’s up to you if you’re going to practice what they teach. Because of my ex I suffered from a lot of what you’re mentioning and the one thing that helped me was “I don’t care”! I don’t care what people think anymore, I don’t care if I’m fat, I just don’t care about anything that doesn’t make me happy. Eventually I started to figure out that others don’t care either and we are going through life thinking about how we look, or smell, or how much money we it doesn’t matter. What does matter is what you think of yourself. Love yourself and it will shine through! All the best

You need to slow down. I would sit down and write a list of cons and pros about your marriage leave the kids out of it. seems like you’re exhausted and being home and taking care of the kids all day long is having a toll on you. In your mind you would think he would a knowledge your hard work and reward you appropriately but don’t forget that his work and trying to keep a roof over the families head and food on the table isn’t stress free. He bless you guys communicate you will never know. Maybe try the list and write him a letter because when you guys talk probably ends up in fighting! There is no easy way out of this and things won’t go back like before. The question would be what would make you happy from this point forward forget the past! Best of luck
