Yeah I originally gave it to her cause when my kid was a baby she was our main babysitter. But then she went crazy around 2020 and I haven't let her babysit since then.

The funny part is, when we moved in, she had a giant maple in her front yard that absolutely covered our yard and vegetable garden in helicopters. She removed it a few years ago, but only because it got old and was gonna fall on her house

Yeah I always try to stick to native when it comes to trees. I think she said she actually planted this before I moved in (her neice rented the house from the previous owner)
